At Rouse Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with your interior curation. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts and documentation included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
