9464 wall lamp, designed by the Finnish lighting designer Paavo Tynell, is a stunning example of turning illumination into art. The 9464 lamp features an elegant brass shade that directs the light both up and down - the downward light is softened by a white glass diffuser. The brass shade is decorated with perforated twin dots and notched edges, both typical for Tynell's designs. Originally launched in the mid-20th century, the luminaire is part of the Paavo Tynell collection released in 2018 by the Danish design brand Gubi.
